We want you to feel confident shopping with Elongbuy Pet. If something is not right, contact us and we will help review the issue.

Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items should be unused, in original condition, and include original packaging when possible.

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, contact us with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.

For hygiene and safety reasons, used pet care products, opened consumables, and personalized items may not be eligible for return.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund.
