We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Most eligible, unused physical products may be returned within 30 calendar days after delivery, subject to the conditions below.
Return eligibility
- The item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with its original packaging and included accessories.
- Please contact us before sending any item back. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
- Change-of-mind and sizing returns are the customer’s responsibility, including return shipping costs.
Items that cannot be returned for change of mind
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used consumables, grooming liquids, sprays, wipes, diapers, pee pads, and other sanitary products are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. This does not limit your rights for products that arrive damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete.
Damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete orders
Contact us promptly and include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos when applicable. We will review the case and provide the appropriate resolution.
How to request a return
- Email qdo31182@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the request.
- Wait for return authorization and return instructions.
- Package the item securely and use a trackable shipping method. Keep your shipping receipt and tracking number.
Do not mail a return until you have received return instructions.
Refunds
After an authorized return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the credit. Original shipping charges are not refundable for change-of-mind returns. Any rights available under applicable law remain unaffected.
